I went to Cataract Monday afternoon. The lower section below the cut, was pretty muddy with tons of floating debris. Above the cut on the dam side was pretty much normal looking.

I don't think the main rest rooms are open yet, but they had some porta potties set up at the top of the hill above the ramp inside the park last week. Don't know about the cleaning station.
