I've caught tons of crappie out of there. I know of about 4 good spots where they hold tight too. Usually use a orange or white plastic about a ft under a cork.

Skip makes a great glow jig. Got some off him while back. Best way i found to charge them is to use a uv light. I bought one off ebay for around 8 bucks to take with me on the water.

Indian lake has a few spots with good ice (3.5 inches). Getting some nice gills last few trips.

Jigs look great Skip. I love the glow jigs! Hold a glow for a long time and they are very durable. Been using the same one for my last 3 trips and still looks new. Ohhh and they catch fish!

I usually use acrylic paint you get in most craft stores and then go over with a glossy polyurethane.
