If you still want a campsite you might want to check Bobby Brown state park just across the line in Georgia to see if they have any spaces. It is not too far away from the tourney site.

Maybe you could install a on/off toggle switch inline to keep life simple vs pulling the plug. The little connector pins can only take so much...
