Those are just soft plastic salmon eggs. Several companies currently manufacture molds for those in various sizes and cavity configurations.

As CTom stated, just injecting the mold with heated scrap plastic a few times is usually enough to get everything warmed up and working.

I use a toaster oven for heating my plastics. I get very universal heating, as the whole batch is heated to the same temp.
Microwaves are great, but you have to be extremely careful with the time...
