I have fished a similar (possibly the same) lake all my life. If they are not releasing water, against the dam is hard to beat. Also in the deeper holes in the river and creeks will produce big time...

It is owned by the city of Pawhuska. It use to be fairly clear and really deep. I have caught some nice walleye and crappie in years past but haven't been there in about 6 years.
