I am staying at Lake Barkley for the week and in the 1st 2 days have found 0 crappie. Staying in the cove with the state park. Have tried stake beds and fallen timber. Any help or suggestions...

Crappie were tough today. Got only 4 keepers but two were 12 inchers. Caught in about two feet of water in brush using pearl white jig. Minnows were working as well just short fish. Fishing niangua...

Fished generally the same area as you did and had it just as tough. 6 keepers in 3 days. Agree about the baitfish. It seemed like you could walk across all the bait

I went to the web site and downloaded the coordinates. I tried to put them in my Lowrance 522 but MDC is giving way more numbers in their coordinates than I need. Is there a secret to making this...
