We went to a pocket on the north end Texas side near William's last Saturday and caught 25 big ones. in two feet of water, went back today and didn't get a bite.

Well I guess I made the wrong decision, went to Cross and caught one nice Crappie and a bunch of Yellows.

Pulled into the Parks road launch this morning and saw a bunch of boats floating around out there. Was it any of you guys? I'm probably going in the morning, Cypress or Cross. Hadn't made my mind up...

Thats wild, I've never tried them in 3-8 foot range in deep water there. they must be confused.

I figured theygotaeat wiped them out the last couple years, and they just need to repopulate.

I haven't seen any reports from Cypress lately. Its my favorite drifting spot. Last year I went a few times with little success. drove out there yesterday morning, two boats there nobody caught more...

I went Wednesday, from 1:00 til 5:00 and caught 6 good ones and 6 whole fryers. I haven’t heard any good reports this year. Maybe it’s is the cattails

That's a nice bunch of fish! What were you doing up here on Wallace Lake? I though you were from down south. I live about five miles from Wallace and haven't fished it in years due to the vegetation...

I have been working way too much and haven't been able to go much. We've Been to Cypress three times over the month, it was slow and no size at all. Word is its pretty good on Cross, up in PawPaws....

I saw a few weeks back where some folks went to Cypress and got Skunked. I'm about to get a few days off to give em a try. Anyone had any luck? If not I may try Port o Bistineau.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to try PawPaws in the morning 2/9. I don't know what they're going to do with this wacky weather. I heard there was a bunch of boats in there today for a weekday and folks...

I'd go to Cypress if I was off this weekend. But you can't tell, they may tear them up on Cross this weekend.
