I coat them with a 50/50 mix of flour and corn meal seasoned up with some monkey dust (Everglades seasoning) and fry them up in my iron skillet. Them little jokers are hard to beat.

No sir...sharpies are whole fingerling channel catfish. A buddy of mine fried some up the other day and flung a mean craving on me...needless to say I took care of that lol

It was a nice day on the water. Caught my limit of specks got a couple nice bass and a few catfish and I picked up 10lbs of sharpies on the way home...yum yum lol
