Here's a couple of links to Youtube videos of a method to fillet bluegill or sunfish that I use. It takes a little bit longer than the electric fillet knife method but doesn't waste as much meat...

Fished the creeks Saturday and caught around 12 but only 2 were keepers. Caught all on tubes. Disappointing, thought they would turn on this weekend.

A friend of mine got into some crappie using a red/chartreuse jig in 12 feeet of water yesterday. Caught around 30 and had 18 keepers. Many were above 2 lbs. Maybe the cooler water is bringing...

Fished Saturday, 10-11, Town Creek and Short Creek. Got several small bass, only 1 small crappie in 6' of water. Definitely not turned on yet
