Apparently, someone took it upon themselves to reopen Burnt Mills by cutting the lock on the gate. We don't know when it was cut, but the lock was gone this morning.

The boat ramp at Burnt Mills will be closed for several days, possibly through the weekend, to drill a well for a boat wash station. Lake Prince will be closed next week for the same reason.
