Yeah, it's hard to believe. I guess that's why we ran on it...who would expect that lake to be frozen, especially when it was in the mid-40's that day.

I would say it depends on what kind of water you fish on. I mainly fish small shallow lakes (very rarely see anything over 20') that are full of those stump fields that Kentucky is famous for, so...

Closing the bail by hand and giving the line on the spool a little tug after closing the bail to get the extra slack out of it decreases line twist a lot for me.

Yeah, I have that problem too. Maybe it's because I pay more for those jig heads than any others that I use. :D
