Awesome, much thanks for the pointers. After getting skunked, is more incentive to learn it and do better. Just not on a holiday weekend. 😁

That is a nice catch. We're new to this lake and we were shore fishing and got skunked yesterday. We do plan to get our boat up from LA in the coming months.
Any advice on navigating the lake?... -

Storage space
Has anyone ever modified Jon boat box seats for storage or any other use?
It just seems like wasted space that could be put to use somehow. -

Hey Onepole,
What were you rippin' em' with at the creek? I haven't been out there for about 4 years, and the ones we caught were okay, but nothing near a "SLAB". I used tubes & minnows back then. -

Hey Darryl, About those rosey reds!
Darryl, what do you feed them to keep them alive? Is there a specific type of fish food for them or just the standard issue pet store fish food?

Can these minnows be kept for extended periods in an aquarium? If so, I may give them a try. This is for when you can't get out to fish or when you don't fish them up.
Will it work? -

Does anyone know if the DNR placed or by chance allow anyone to place crappie condos in places like Eagle Creek, Glen Flick(spelling), etc.? And if so, do they supply maps of them?
