New foam, no way. Foam no more. Maybe suspended waterproof foam board cut to size, on edge, but certainly not spray foam, or any foam that will touch the bottom of the boat. And there'll be drain...

I still remember on Crescent when he floated me and Speckanator some minnows to use cause we weren't doing very good with just jigs. He put some minners in a baggie half filled with air and trolled...
