    Wife and I love it when the docks are closed at the resrevoir in October and we can drop jigs and catch crappie. Stays that way till early spring.

    I actually prefer that weather over the blistering heat of summer. But no matter the heat or crowds on the lake I’m going fishing when I can.... I hear it’s good fer me!

    Yep, campers will be the first to pull out and start winterizing. Then will be the ski boats, and finally the water lice. Cool weather will send them all home and it will be OURS again. Cant wait.
