    Default We are moving

Please update my email address. This part of our move to motorhome full time. Phone number will remain the same. We are looking at some time in March to hit the road for 3-5 years or longer depending on how our health holds up. This is a life time plan, we just hope it works the way it’s planned.

I'll keep an eye on this page and hope to pick up a ride when we come back for Doctor's appointment's in May and Dec

Hope this finds you doing well, we are tired from all the work getting the house ready and preparing to leave so we plan a short to Ebonezer Park Feb 15-19 to do nothing but do some reading maybe some fishing if I can catch a ride.

I have really enjoyed all the people I've met thru CDC, so Thanks for all the laughs fishing and knowledge.
My boat is on the market, hopefully the guy coming on Saturday will take it home. One more thing off my to do list.

The plan is to have the house close by mid March.

Grady, you know you got a seat on the barge and a chair at the house anytime. Glad to have you as a friend and fishing partner. Nancy will be missing Linda and I know when they get together they gonna be talking, so we'll go fishing. Just keep us posted on how the road life is doing and if you fish some strange lake or stream. Good luck in the travel and road trip. Stay safe and keep the pistol close by. Don't let your guard down and stay alert. Enjoy your planned dream trip!

    Grady,

It has been a pleasure fishing with you and get to know you.
I consider you a good friend.
You have a seat on the Big Watash anytime you want it, and one at the house too.
Best of luck to you and Ms. Linda on your travels, health, and life long dreams. Keep in touch with us. Y'all will be missed around here and hope to fish with you more and catch up on life events.

    Your friend,
    Neil

I was thinking back and thinking you were on my boat at the first Clash we had. Think you asked how we were gonna keep our fish separate. I had one live well so I said it didn’t matter. If they came out of it they were SC fish. But for sure over the years have enjoyed fishing with you and Mama. Was great that night in Torrence when you were just net boy and bait boy. Keep us updated on your whereabouts. Never know I may be close enough you can cook supper. Be careful. When you get here at Ebenezer let me know. Be glad to take you and Linda out.

Best of luck to you and Mrs on your new found way of life. Be careful out there and if you are down my way it would be an honor to take you fishing.

Ever consider one of those kayaks strapped on top of the motorhome? It has gotta be TOUGH being fully retired traveling to such GREAT fishing destinations with sucha love for fishing WITHOUT a way to fish. Bummer! Anyways, good luck to you guys and enjoy your future. I'll miss reading your posts. Drop in and say Hi whenever you can from where ever you two are at.

THAT is a great idea as why would you be traveling to great fishing spots and then can't get on the water?

I think my problem would be getting in and out of a Yak. Sitting down on the floor usually involves a hard crash on my butt I just don'r bend like I did 40 years ago. I think we'll stick to finding a guide at those strange lakes.
Plus I can't imagine getting a Yak from the already crowded roof 14' off the ground. maybe something on the CRV would work, an inflatable?

Thanks everyone for the nice comments and offers, we'll be back and I'm sure I'll need a fishing fix. At this point we'll be around at least a few weeks in May and De. for doctors appointments so same a day for fishing , eating ad some BS.
