Louisiana Saltwater guides??

My old man wants to catch an amberjack. Maybe around the oil rigs? Need recommendations on guides that could accommodate that and some inshore action maybe.

I don't know of any that do off shore fishing, but some of the inshore guides may go out to the 1st rigs, but there aren't any amberjack there, usually some good trout there though.
The only one I have been with is Zack Mitchell, his # is three - 3 seven - 302 - five, six, 6, seven. Sorry I didn't respond quicker, just saw this.
