WOW nice mess of fish!
A week or 2 ago, founder/CEO of Crappie.com, Slab reminded us of the Saltwater forum. This year I have been hesitant in doing my usual flip from Salt to Fresh due to some unreal action. Yesterday yielded what I'm now getting very expectant yet appreciative of none the less. Added to the usual attendees were 4 Snook(biggest netted 29") with a 30+ incher that escaped with an aerobatic maneuver would make a Tarpon take notice. After a 5 minute tug o war on medium light tackle that I prefer to fish with, did about a 4 foot leap just 15 feet from the boat throwing my 3/16 oz. jighead and bourbon-colored Mirrolure 'lil John. Because Snook are out of season, I just considered it a quick release. Biggest trout was a 21.5" with 4 healthy fat trout making up the FL. limit of 5 for the trip home. Nice 14.5" flounder also made the trip home for some fresh tacos. Water temp. is a very uncharacteristic 75 degrees with nice clarity. Only drawback is contending with floating eelgrass etc. during tidal flow. All fish are being caught in 3 - 12 fow. Enjoy the attachments to follow.

Other plastics/colors also yielded well.

Very nice fish! All you needed was a redfish to make up what we down in Louisiana call the "Cajun Grand Slam"! Thanks for posting.

Nice catch. I've been messing around tying some trout jig. This makes me want to get out and use them. Thanks.
