    Default Saltwater Bream: Porgy - Catch and Cook Lemon Butter Capers!


    So if i were to describe Porgies or Scup, they would be like crappies on steroids! they are flat like any other panfish but live in the salt with some small teeth. they fight so much harder! i would say a porgie would fight 5 times better than a bass!

    Anyways! my buddy caught me some porgies and I cooked some with the Lemon butter caper sauce to go with it! I will probably try this with crappies, what yall think?
