Boat Upgrade??

I have a 18ft bass tracker that I want to do some upgrades when I replace my carpet this year. I have an area about 3ft x 2ft between my front deck and console that I want to put to good use. Does anyone have any ideas? I have thought about a bait well and cooler or live well but not sure how to do it or what to do. Any ideas???

How about one of those 15 gal circular minnow tanks. You can always get a battery operated air stone or run wires to the battery and get an air pump. Just thinking outside the box.

If not that get a chest for your beer or pop.
