a turkey term for run & gun for crappie fishing

well i am taking a term thats used in turkey hunting and its called run and gun. its were you just take a few calls and your shot gun and go after them. so with my tackle box being at all most 35 lbs. i decide to lighten the load a little. what i have done is gotten me couple of those double side plano tackle boxes andone of those hook one belt clips. i have all of skips bream jigs one one side and all of his crappie on the other side. and for the other stuff its done the same way. it makes it so much easier and you dont have to worrie about losing your tackle box if some one else wants it.
