Depending on your motor, Napa carries them. Probably have to be a common motor for them to have it in stock unless your very close to a large lake where there is more need.
O'Riellys also carries sierra replacement parts.
Also degree of dificulty depends on the motor but I find most are very easy to replace.
Aside from that, youll have to get them from a marina if they are open. You can order them online as well and ahve them shipped fast.

That motor is one of the easier ones. Put in fwd gear, raise the motor, remove 5 bolts (2 on each side and 1 under the trim tab). Be sure to mark the trim tab when you remove it so you can put it back at the same angle. With all the bolts out, pull the lower unit off. You don't have to worry about shift linkage as its on a splined shaft and will just pull out.
