cRAPPIE CLUB
:DAs some of you may remember, we started a new Crappie club at the beginning of the year.
We were hoping for 50 members when we started. As of yesterday we had 172 members.:):)
We average 60-80 members at each meeting and really share a lot of good information about where and how to fish.
We are having our fourth tournament Sat. We have 27 teams entered and weather looks promising for a change.
This has been a lot of work but the results make it worthwhile. We have members from all over the state, even a few from other states.

Hey Ernest, get all the bugs worked out this first year and it will be bigger and better next year. We started our West Alabama club last year hoping for 20-25 members and wound up with about 50, but only averaged about 11-12 boats per tourney. This year we are doing a couple of things different and have 56 members but we are averaging over 20 boats per tourney.
The no. 1 benefit of a club is the sharing of information and learning different techniques on how to catch crappie.

We are starting our fourth year and now have grown to around 300 members. I believe this makes us one of the largest Crappie clubs in the US.

Glad to hear of your club's success. I'm a member of Magnolia Crappie Club here in MS, these are great organizations to be involved in, good, clean, fun.

Congrads on your success Ernest. I know you put a lot of hard work into making it a thriving club. EB
