We had 5" of rain the other night and the dam gates were opned and I mean opened! People below the dams were told to leave to higher land. They had been open for 3 days before the rain because of snow melting. The gates are still open. Is this going to affect fishing this year? (fish getting sucked out thru the dam) Last year the gates were open for more than a month (on and off) and it was the worst fishing I have had in a long time.
