trolled in shoal creek with black and white tub jig got 30 in all 12 keepers bumping bottom with jigs fished boathouses this morning with no luck only got 3 bass on jigs that weighted 2 to 5 lbs. crappie still in deep water 10 to 15 foot if yall come up here good luck to you all
I put in at the dam yesterday around 2:30pm to do some bass fishing before dark. Talked to a gentelmen that was taking out at the same time that had been crappie fishing, he had about 10-15 nice crappie and one that looked to be about 3.5 lbs, looked like a football, short and fat. He said it got his fish on some homeade jigs, did'nt say where he was fishing.
