Douglas at Night

Hey guys I was wondring if the crappie hit good at night on Douglas, I am new to this crappie fishing but man it looks yummy, thats about the only time me the wife and kids can go out together.I am not real familar with douglas so any help on where to launch and where to go would be helpful. Als are you guys using slip floaters or just hanging it out the boat? And do you use the small gold hooks or flys with a minnow? sorry for the questions but you guys know what your doing,lol.
