Caught A Few Today!
I didnt have all day to fish today as my agenda was pretty much full so knowing I wasnt gonna fish all that long I was at the ramp at first light. Launched and lines out right after daylight. The bite started a bit slow but picked up pretty soon and some good fish were caught...although nothing weighing two lbs. Here's a couple of the best ones today...

Fished until I hit a limit of 30 at 11:15AM and headed to the ramp. I was culling trying not to keep nothing under 11 inches. Water temp started at 63* at daylight. There were a good dozen other boats within sight of me all morning and when I loaded the boat the ramp parking lot was more than half full. It doesnt seem like fishing during the week anymore as EVERYBODY is off work nowadays. HA!:)
Here's the livewell shot today...

Water temps are right but alot of the fish just aint ready. I'm seeing egg sacs full of blood to egg sacs with very light yellow and no blood. I'm sure the big gals are getting ready now but the main spawn is still weeks away IMO.
