Bait Stalkers: Stinger Flies to Catch Extra Catfish

One of my favorite YouTube channels is Kayak Catfish, he catches some nice catfish and bait with an ultra light and gulp minnows on a small jig. He has links to some Buck tail streamers he uses as part of his catfish rigs as an attractor to the bait. It looks like he suspends his baits from the kayak, and has the flies rigged blow the baits. In one video he had a rough day where he only caught 6ish fish, and most of them were caught on the streamers.

have had a many a catfish pound an artificial in my time , seems like it could be a thing ...
they for sure sight feed sometimes , this much i know for sure .

Love his videos. Setting up my kayak to fish like he does. I probably will tie some stingers using the same circle hooks I regularly use.
