How’s the fishing in Brownlee fishing down here in Texas a little bit slow I know going into the Fall on Brownlee should be pretty good we sure do miss fishing in Hells Canyon just wanted to check in to see how you guys are doing.
I fished last Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday we had 28 crappie, 6 bluegill, 3 perch and 5 bass. The 28 crappie filleted plumb stuffed a 1 gallon ziplock.Really thick across the back. Thursday we had 21 bluegill, 12 crappie, 3 bass and 3 perch. 5 of the bluegill were better than average and 2 were exceptional. Enough so that I wish I would have taken pictures. Launching is getting sketchy. I'd like to go a few more times before the water is below the ramp but I'm also trying to put an elk in the freezer.
Wednesday catch
You are doing a lot better than what I’m doing here I do miss fishing in snake River hopefully will be back there soon efficient here right now it really slow we went last night and caught a one bluegill one catfish one Crappie and that was it for the evening I hope you get back out on the water before the water down too far.
If I ever do get back that way I always wanted to go out with you never quite got the chance to get a guided trip but will look you up if we get back Fishing here stinks.Quote:

We figure it out but if the fish would quit eating those minnows The food stores here in Toledo is unbelievable 77° at 6 o’clock this morning going to 83° today nighttime temperature is in the 70s. We are still eating fresh cucumbersQuote:
