Not really new. They have been out a while. I don't need one more thing that can break as it doesn't have a manual option like my All Aboard all sync mount. I also don't like the idea of one more thing on the floor taking up deck space.
But I know everyone has their own tendencies...
$714 is a lot. I just found a used wireless trolling motor on Craigslist, removed the head and foot, attached the LiveScope transducer on the bare pole and now have a remote controlled LiveScope. Easy to do and works great.Attachment 406665Attachment 406666

Not PVC. Standard trolling motor pole. Too small to put wires inside unless I disconnected either end which I was not about to do. It is clean and turns on a dime either direction. Extremely easy to “bump” to adjust to staying on brush. Zip ties were no issue either as they were not cinched down. Just saying…
