Guys & Gals, this one is an EASY HIT!!!!! I used regular size pie crusts. Bake the crust at 350 until brown. I put some dry beans in the bottom to keep it from bubbling up. After the baked crust has cooled, cut up 2 ripe bananas and add one can of caramel Eagle Brand (I used Nestle La Lechera, but Mom’s recipe called for Eagle Brand). I had to scoop it out of the can into a glass bowl & microwave it for about 20 seconds to loosen it up so it would spread. So after the caramel has been spread over the bananas, cover & chill until ready to serve. Hit it with some whipped cream and it’s ON!
