Jiminy Christmas! My wife and I started his weight loss program the first week of April. First 2 weeks we only partially followed so we could eat up the off list foods. This week I am down 52#, my wife is down 30#. I've lost 5" plus off my waist. Feel great. The program is tough and requires discipline, but it works.
