Kentucky lake blue cats

I have moved to north end of KY lake and fished all spring and haven't caught 1 blue cat. Has anyone else noticed a lack of blues in the mix this year? I have caught nothing but channel cats although in previous years I caught a blue cat heavy mix. Any feedback appreciated.

I fished for blues in the Tn. river back in June. Water was just into the 80's. All my fish came from 50 to 60 foot deep in the channel. They would light up the graph, bunches of fish. TVA needed to be discharging over 50,000 for best bight. Paris Landing area.
