I bought a nice 3 acre lot on watts bar lake, not for from Maryville. I to will be retirering there in a few years. Went fishing there this past April and had some real good fishing. A lot if people are plaining to retire there so get your place fast. The price on my lot has more then dubbled in just 2 years.
