I'm retired USN and just moved to Chattanooga to semi retire/hunt and fish. I just bought a used 1997 Stratos, fixed the trolling motor and put a new Lowrance TI2 fish finder. I bought a couple new Crappie Combos and I'm hitting the lake tomorrow for the first time. I here it's the start of the Crappie season and I'm not missing it. Any ideas on where how they're hitting, bait, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
