I haven’t been in 3 years so I’m no help. Maybe Anchorman has been fishing there, be worth a shot.
I mainly fish the north end of Crescent going into Dunn's Creek.. I've had so so results this year so far, but only fished it 3-4 times. I've caught mostly dinks, < 10 inches. I hear on the other end by Dead lake, narrows area they are doing pretty good. There was a tournament there last month on Crescent I believe and they had several 2 pounders at the weigh in. I've done better in the Creek and River.....
I'll be heading to Crescent Lake Feb 7-10. Never been on the lake before...Ill be bringing my boat and would love to pickup some specks or bass. I would think targeting specks that time of year would be good.
Any tips or point in the right direction are much appreciated!
Where you staying and putting in? Deadlake area / narrows is doing good.
I'll be up there then also, whether I fish or not depends on how the install goes for new electronics on the boat

We are staying at a house rental on the lake in crescent city... about middle of the lake. How far a run is that to Deadlake /Narrows area?Quote:

I haven't been able to get my boat back there yet... But Ga Boys is posting a few good pics lately of people catching in Dunns
