Where to fish?
I live in West Virginia looking for a day drive to get into some crappie. Me and guys came to Dale Hollow lake last year and had a blast. This year I would like to find another lake. So my question to my fellow Tennessee fisherman and ladies, is where? So when Tennessee fisherman think of big crappie where are you going to go. I do not have a boat. So I'm looking at a rental as well as accommodations. Any information on a guide would be appreciated as well. Thanks for you input. Paper mouth medic

I have caught nice fish out of Center Hill, Nickajack and Chickamagua. I have saw some post in the past about Douglas being good but have never fished it. If you liked fishing Dale Hollow you shoukd like Center Hill. Only thing I can't speak for is how bad the lake debris is or gets since the lake has been restored to normal pool. I know lodging and boat rental isn't an issue on Chickamagua and Center Hill. March and April was always good months for me on Center Hill.

Reelfoot would be a good choice. Several places include a small boat, gas, bait, and ice in your room rate. Check out Blue Bank Resort. That would be my choice if I didn’t have a boat.
