Anyone know the water temperature there ? Lake level?
I went on 12/26. Put in at the main ramp water temp was 41 level was what I would call normal (not low or winter draw down). I was mainly bass fishing but did stop to catch a few crappie I saw on LiveScope. They were on timber 15-20ft deep in 20-30fow. I only caught 3-4 shorts on 1/16th oz. gray hair jig. They seemed very lethargic. Water was fairly clear on the lower end. I did put in at Johnson Creek on 12/23 due to wind and it was stained but not muddy. Same deal only caught a few shorts. We've had a good amount of rain since then so I'm sure it's fairly muddy on upper end now. Hope this helps.
