rnvinc, is there away to power that unit up in my home this winter.

I bought a power converter off Amazon for around $30.00. It has hookups for a cigarette light plug and also studs to hook wires to. Cheaper and a lot less trouble.
You would need a 50" tv, LOL
Schumacher PC-6 Power Converter. I got mine at Amazon .com. You will be able to see all you need on that Helix 10 screen.

I used extra power cord and spliced old 12v 3 amp computer cord together. Works fine
