Rend Refuge dates

This is a reminder of the Refuge dates on Rend. The Refuge has been closed since November 1st and will open back up in March. The Refuge runs from the Casey creek sub impoundment dam south towards the main lake and back west just south of the big island and back north and stops right next to the bluegill hole boat ramp. The Refuge is closed to all boat traffic to include fishermen. I have been advised there have been some people fishing within the Refuge boundary in the last couple weeks. The CPO's will write citations for any violations within the Refuge boundary.
