Vbottom,
Nice trip guys, in that third picture, you would thinkt that Sparty would have more of a smile.
He's got a crappie in one hand, he's NOT working, MSU beat Uofm last week.
Why, he is living the deam, but no dang smile???????
Take that jacket from Sparty, and give him a new one, Do not throw that out though, give it to me.............
That Camo pattern was "Advantage" its now "Advantage Fall Classic" no longer made and was one of the best camo patterns avaivlabe.
Advnatage sold out to marketing, and ceased its printing. Since then its all Predator Fall Grey.
I have that exact jacket I think, and the matching pants, Sparty is missing the pants.
(I bet Becky has his pants)
:)

Our Toledo Bend trip went well. Fished with Johnny Jones both Saturday and Sunday. My son and his business partener, Wayland, went along as well as Waylands dad, James Morgan. The weather was perfect both days and we were able to fish the Penelton Bridge and other bridges on the Louisiana side. We caught 34 on Saturday with big fish at 1 1/2 pounds and a 5 1/2 pound bass to boot. Afterwards Johnny and his wife treated us to a crappie fry with all the fixings. Miss Linda Morgan made pecan pie and Miss Gail Jones made a banana pudding for dessert. Man was it good! Sunday we fished for 4 hours and got 25 fish.
Southern hospitality is the best. we've been invited back to fish the spring bite and plan on taking them up on the invite. Also thanks to BJ's 1215 cabin rentals for the nice clean cabin and the hospitality. Great people. Jeff will post some pics later.
We're taking Monday off to work on the boat and plan on fishing D'arbonne at least a few more times before we head home.

My old camp was about 3 miles from where you were fishing under P bridge. My new camp is about 10 to 12 miles south of there in Texas. Glad yall caught. If I can get my brand new camper out of the shop, I will be fishing there soon.

We fished D'arbonne Tuesday and Thursday catching 17 and 9 with 8 bonus white bass thrown in. Also caught yellow bass, goo and catfish. We were without a motor due to a bad stator so had to fish close to the launch. I had "chores" at my sons house Wednesday and Friday and we took the boat to James Morgan Saturday and got the motor running. Ready for the spring trip.
