TOO Early!
We've been having rain and downpours all week this week and it finally ended with a snowstorm today! Not the earliest we've ever experienced, but way too early for this season which had already been shortened due to the virus. Thought you folks down south would like to get a gander of what we're up against up here. I know some of you have been clobbered with rain and hurricanes too. Hope things get better for us all, weather wise.

Still snowing out around 10:30 am, but it suppose to end by 1 pm. Total predicted accumulation of about 3", although there's only about an inch out there right now. Hopefully this early winter blast will open up a warmer, more moderate late fall. Walt & I really NEED to wet a line! LOL!

Snapped this pic at lunchtime; 3" of heavy wet snow but starting to taper off at that point. Didn't stick to the roads and is melting fast. Calling for upper teens/low 20's tonight then perhaps 40* tomorrow so the snow is not going to be here for long. Don't think you'll need your snowblower yet!

I picked the last cherry tomatoes on Wednesday; pretty good even this late in the season.
