Would someone be so kind as to post pictures of how you connect up to the black box and units. Is there an adapter ?
Thanks

Google "seelite". They sell kits for both Milwaukee and Dewalt.
FYI usually two of these batteries are more expensive than one good lithium from Dakota or Amped outdoors. So unless you have two "extra" tool batteries then I don't see the point.

I figure an Amped Outdoors 32 amp hour battery ( give you a charger with it ) running both 12'' screen and black box cheaper and has more amp hours than 2 adapters for 40 each and a pair of (12 amp hour ) drill batteries plus a charger . I used quick connects (bought from Amazon ) and put my battery in a plastic ammo box (Harbor Freight ) . The Amped battery runs 14.8 volts but charges to 16.8 volts . Never goes below 12 volts and shuts off . Ran both black box and 1242 xsv with one battery for 9 1/2 hours . Voltage still over 14 volts on the unit . Only weighs 4.8 lb and easily portable .

This is the battery M18 battery adapter I use.

While I like Nimrod's system I have Milwaukee tools to use the batteries on. I bought and 8.0 amp hr battery but a 5.0 amp hr would work fine for a 5 hour trip. I have both the black box and my 93SV hooked to it. It doubles as an power cutoff (just remove the battery).
I will tell you I get 20.4 Volts when the battery is fully charged. According to Garmin tech support, the black box is good with 32 Volts and the display would give an error message if it was getting too many volts. YMMV.
