I went the other day. Water was stained, but not muddy. 56 degrees on average. Didn't do as well as I typically do this time of year. Several crappie up to 11", and a few bass.

Hoping to start making regular runs once this rain is done and the water clears up. November is the best month for me in the creeks.

I like November along the river myself. Got out again this week twice. Caught more bluegill than crappie. Last trip had 4 good crappie & 16 bluegill in the box but ended up returning them to the water for another day. Still have fish in the freezer from Spring that needs eaten before cleaning anymore. Small minnows under a slip bobber deep in that brush.
