Selling pony head jig heads?

I had someone ask if Blakemore still had the market closed for sell pony head jigs. I wasnt sure it their patent had expired and we were free to sell them. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.

Don’t know but see them for sale on FB all the time.

They don’t have a patent, they have the design trade marked so it never expires. Yes people sell them, yes they get caught and chastised. No don’t sell them on here.

Yep.....its kinda like stealing chickens or watermelons....it works real good untill you get caught.

Problem is, can’t catch Crappie with chicken or watermelon unless it’s a lure color! :Rofl
