Build condos, don’t fish. 7/14/20
I have decided to just fish on M,W, and F taking Tues and Thurs off to tinker and beat the heat.
My project today included a crappie hotel that is opening in the morning at first light. In my spare time today, I had an inspiration about a presentation technique that hopefully will work in these hot sultry days when the crappie aren’t interested in much of anything. So I rigged up a couple of rods and my son in law and I will test them out and let you know how they do.
I doubt that anyone is doing what I will be doing in the morning and if this technique fails, I will tell you that too. (It doesn’t involve trolling or live bait aka minnows). Lolol.
Crappie should love this new hotel and it has a liberal checkout program. Juveniles must be accompanied by 2 adults and groups are welcome to our generous buffet bar.
