i dont know about a cleaning machine but take a look at this link, thats how i clean em with an electric knife and it quick and easy. http:www.thecrappiekiller.com/articles
Seen it in stores. Has two blades that fillet the fish. Just lay it in, close the lid and let-er-rip.Quote:
