Thank you for the video. Learned a few tricks. What this site is all about.... great tip to leave the first filet on the fish until you cut the second. I think that was my problem. My second side always looked puny.....
Good video. I grew up cleaning and eating fish just like that, scale, cut off head, fry, eat. Was in my 20s before I filleted my first fish. Gills are the best eating in the lake to me, I give away a lot of Crappie, but keep the Gills for my main table fare.
