Helix -7 mega chirp question

How well will it work with the Terrova DI transducer ?It is a gen 3 .

Note : Humminbird generation 2 imaging technology is called MEGA imaging
Humminbird generation 3 Imaging technology is called MEGA+ imaging

HELIX 7 G3 (and G3N) does not come in MEGA+ imaging ... (even tho it is 3rd generation it only has generation 2 imaging technology - ie - transducer and transmitters)

So you would get MEGA (G2/G2N) performance with HELIX 7 G3/G3N with the built in Minn Kota MDI ...
