On the water tool list
Hi Everyone,
Yesterday i ran over a 3ft half rotted tree limb.
Didn't see it at all. I was going very slowly so no damage at all.
But it was lodged between the prop and skeg. Wouldn't budge. I had to tie up to a dock and pull the prop. I barely had enough tools.
1 adjustable wrench
1 needle nose pliers
Got it done, but i could use a list of tool i should have onboard.
If I'd had a small hand saw i could have cut it off .
Thanks Attachment 376460

On the water tool list
Yikes! Glad you got it fixed.
I do carry a small toolbox, however all my tools to change a prop are in the truck.
Time to add to my boat box.

That could have been disastrous. Glad everything worked out.

Great reminder that I need to re-evaluate.

Yep, things I need to evaluate too.

Yes, i spun a prop once.
Limped on with trolling motor but if i was miles away I'd have been in trouble
