I just booked a staycation near mile marker 14 on LoZ. I'm looking for advice as far as conditions/hazards. I've never been in the area and will hanging out for a week of fishing, relaxing and more fishing!

Fishing during week will be good , not so much on weekend after about 9am ( boats will rock that lake ) , docks are alway a go to and way it sounds cranks will do well also

Lake at the 47 was muddy and lots of floating debris yesterday.

I am very familiar with that area and have been fishing recently, the fish will be suspended under large boats and large swim docks close to the main channel. Cranks might be the way to go but I do not fish much with them so do not have info to offer. Good luck
